The guest will have to pay the apartment rent plus food and service charges on a daily basis as advance for the period of stay. If one wishes to own a unit but prefers to have a direct experience beforehand, one can go for a trial stay by paying the daily tariff.

Units are also available for short lease periods through long term unit holders in the project for normally a period of 4 to 11 months. The basic service charges and rent are applicable.
