TF has initiated projects that offer practical solutions to senior care needs. TF plans a series of projects, which include specialty care and residential rehab centers exclusively for seniors, that too for the first time in India.

With eyes on the future, the projects in the pipeline include premium senior living units in Pathanamthitta expected to be operational by 2025, Special residential for seniors in Thiruvalla, an Exclusive residential rehabilitation center for seniors in Chaganacherry, a Cottage cum apartment project at Monippally, and a Senior community village at Kolenchery, making TF as the only diversified and multi-location senior care service provider in the state of Kerala.

While MISSION VALLEY and RAHEL HOMES offer the best in resident senior care, MITHRA, the TF charity wing functions for the welfare of the deprived local communities. TF ERCA, yet another unique initiative of TF, the educational and research venture affiliated with Bharathiar University and Mahatma Gandhi University, aims to generate competent geriatric care managers for the future.
